Earth on the Brink of an Ice Age?

That is the question. Is the planet on the brink of an ice age? While possible, the truth is we do not know for sure, and if it is the case we have no control over which direction the normal ever vacillating changes in climate will venture.

The truth is we should simply ask the noted genius philosopher and science expert, Nobel Prize winning Al Gore. Oh, wait, he said the science had already been settled. Progress over.

One indicator that we are headed toward global cooling rather than global warming is that Al Gore has been consistently wrong throughout his ridiculous existence.

The earth is now on the brink of entering another Ice Age, according to a large and compelling body of evidence from within the field of climate science. Many sources of data which provide our knowledge base of long-term climate change indicate that the warm, twelve thousand year-long Holocene period will rather soon be coming to an end, and then the earth will return to Ice Age conditions for the next 100,000 years.
