Cannot Learn?

President Obama will not let evidence dissuade him from his belief that government is the source of jobs:

Instead of figuring how to move government out of the way and free up the ingenuity of the individual, the reigning president has decided to go with tried and true short-term bursts of spending that do not fuel real, systemic growth to economies.

You choose: He is demonstrating his complete lack of understanding of market based economies, or he is trying to run a centrally planned economy, which has proven itself a failure again and again.
