Why all of the brouhaha about Jimmy Carter and his partisan attack on Floridians and their election processes? Jimmy carter is an active (D)emocrat, not a fan of Bush, and Bush is leading in Florida. So, why not complain about Florida now?
Because you have reached the ripe old age of 80 does not mean that one has reached a level of statesmanship beyond Clear Politics. If anything, Jimmy shows that as you age you play the game even more, and more openly, as you are less questioned due to your “statesmanship.”
