Lower tax rates provide an incentive to work.

Just Another Weekend?

Somehow, with the weekend upon us after a reflective Veterans’ Day, it seems like a peaceful respite is upon the horizon. The loon’s on the left are going to entertain us with conspiracy theories so bizarre, so foolish, that they are guaranteed to provide many a chuckle.

Chuckles are good, and someone might pass that along to the radical left, who are fueled by rage, passion of anger, and hatred of those who do not see “it” their way. So much passion, that those with the resources regularly threaten to leave the country if their candidate is not elected—what a novel solution, cut and run if “it” does not go our way. So much passion that they cannot cope with the outcome without counseling, consoling. Lest you worry about their demise, they have a plan for the future: “We are gonna do even more of the same thing!”

You have heard the definition of insanity—doing the same thing over and over, and expecting a different outcome—but when was the last time you saw it in action on such a group think level? When was the last time you heard the mobile on the right promise to flee if things did not go there way? To lead is not to scurry in the face of adversity.

The future is freedom, not matter what happens. Look around and enjoy a beautiful weekend, and make someone smile. The world is not perfect, and if it was it would be boring. The struggle of truth that brings so much joy would not exist. Fortunately, the world can never be a perfect, which is so perfect.

Don’t cut and run when things don’t go your way, persevere and enjoy.
