Quite the hawk, ex-President Mr. Bill. But is something else really going on?
Mr. Bill has had the luxury of his fans controlling much of picture drawn about his years as president, but the conversation as of late has changed a bit. No, nothing radical, but enough to make him realize that history will write enough truth about his presidency that he will not leave the legacy he envisioned.
