Deflating Bubble Makes Consumers Late

It will not be a party for whoever becomes the next president of the United States as the bubble continues to deflate. Those consumers who are still paying there bills are not being them as promptly as their covenants require. Late payments by consumers have risen to the highest level since the last recession...and this is before the holiday bills hit.
