The Framers [of the Constitution] knew that free speech is the friend of change and revolution. But they also knew that it is always the deadliest enemy of tyranny.

- Hugo Black

Is there another word? Festering seems to fit. The sore that is Barack Obama's character was dealt a harsh blow when it is understood that he cancelled a visit with wounded soldiers because he would not be allowed to bring photographers with him to monopolize on the event. Does he have any compassion for these soldiers if they cannot be politicized? Apparently not, as he chose to workout instead.

When you think about it, even if you want to like the man, it leaves a soft and pussy sore that cannot be ignored. It is unconscionable.

Festering. Seems to fit.
